What Is Field Coffee?

Field coffee is our term for specialty-grade instant coffee and functional mushroom blends packaged in lightweight, single-serve tubes. No grinder. No filter. No brewer. Just add hot water — or cold — and you have a cup that meets the same standard as our whole-bean lineup. Every product in this collection is independently lab tested by FoodChain ID, roasted in the United States, and confirmed specialty grade per Specialty Coffee Association guidelines.

Individual Field Coffees

Shenandoah — Freeze-dried instant single-origin coffee from Papua New Guinea. High-altitude growing regions, 1,400–1,800 MASL. Washed processing. Typica, Bourbon, Arusha varietals. Clean, smooth, and portable. Named for Shenandoah National Park and paired with William Louis Sonntag's On the Shenandoah, ca. 1895.

Redwood Forest — Instant mushroom coffee with Lion's Mane and Chaga. The same Papua New Guinea single-origin base — 1,400–1,800 MASL, washed, Typica, Bourbon, Arusha — combined with functional mushroom extracts associated with focus and sustained energy. Named for Redwood National and State Parks and paired with Albert Bierstadt's Giant Redwood Trees of California, 1874.
