7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind every bag of GEORGE completely. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason — including taste — contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll refund your full purchase price to your original payment method. No return required.
This guarantee reflects a simple belief: you should love your coffee, or you shouldn't pay for it.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@officialfellowcitizen.com with your order number and a brief note about your experience. We'll confirm your request and process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
What's Covered
The 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to first-time purchases of each product per customer household. It covers the purchase price of the product. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Eligibility
To be eligible, your request must be submitted within 7 days of your confirmed delivery date. One guarantee claim per customer household (verified by name, shipping address, and email). Accounts with irregular order patterns inconsistent with personal use are not eligible. We reserve the right to decline requests that appear to misuse the guarantee.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right immediately — replacement or full refund at your choice, including original shipping costs. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Subscription Orders
The 7-Day Guarantee applies to your first subscription shipment. Subsequent shipments may be cancelled, paused, or modified at any time before the next charge date through your account portal or by contacting us directly.
