Shipping policy

Free 2-Day Shipping — United States Only

Every order ships free. We offer 2-day shipping to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently ship internationally.

Order Processing

GEORGE is roasted fresh to order in small batches. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 PM EST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on federal holidays ship the next business day.

If you place an order on Friday after 3:00 PM EST, your order will ship the following Monday.

Delivery Estimate

Orders typically arrive within 2 business days of shipment. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier volume. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Carrier

We ship via UPS or USPS depending on your location and order size.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Official Fellow Citizen is not responsible for orders lost or undelivered due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided at checkout. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at hello@officialfellowcitizen.com — we cannot modify an address after an order has shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is handed to the carrier and tracking confirms delivery, Official Fellow Citizen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We are happy to assist where we can.
